Main Purpose

You will be accountable for supporting analysts, engineers, modelers & developers in the execution of various workstreams including but not limited to Business Analytics, Reporting, Scorecarding, Data Management, Training Materials, Presentation Creation in support of the North America operations. 

You will be responsible to provide tactical execution of the Business Support operations. Delivery of department KPIs and SLAs in support of strategic business initiatives are critical for success. This role will also be responsible for creating efficiency of the operation and change plan execution.

Accountabilities

  • Provide support to North America team including multiple business units.

  • Design and build the resilient data infrastructure using analytics tools and technologies such as: Power BI, Tableau, Python and machine learning technologies for advance and predictive analytics

  • Integrate new data sources (SAP, Oracle, cornerstone, outlook) required by the business for impactful insights

  • Manage large and complex data sets assuring short frequency reporting to support decision taken

  • Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed 

  • Support different areas in solving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommends robust solutions

  • Propose SLA/KPIS that fit the best with the areas to support processes improvement

  • Perform financial analysis considers the cost effectiveness of proposed solutions

  • Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives

  • Resolve any escalated customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner

  • Present performance results in a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to customers to provide business visibility

Qualifications/Requirements

  • English Fluency required – written and verbal

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering or similar

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in similar areas creating routes.

  • People Management, Analytical and Communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, other data reporting tools would be helpful

  • Advanced Python/SQL and machine learning knowledge

  • Super organizational, communication, and analytical skills

  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
